Fleet of Barges Serves St. Croix Crossing Bridge

Construction of the St. Croix Crossing Bridge continues to gain much attention as construction moves ahead. Located between Oak Park Heights, Minn., and St. Joseph, Wis., the project is on schedule for a 2016 completion. Currently, one unusual feature is the sight of up to 120 barges carrying caisson machines and cranes and an assortment of equipment and supplies.
