Wood Partners has started construction of Alta City House, a five-story, 281-unit, 452,640-sq-ft apartment complex in Denver's Union Station neighborhood. The project includes a roof deck with an outdoor kitchen and pool and a parking garage. Wood Partners and East West Partners in joint venture are the developers, and Wood Partners is also serving as the general contractor. The project is valued at $36 million.
