Wayne J. Griffin Electric has sponsored its own in-house Apprenticeship Training Program for more than 20 years. Accredited by the National Center for Construction, Education and Research (NCCER), the program consists of four levels of training encompassing all aspects of electrical theory and application and prepares apprentices to earn their journeyperson's license-a critical credential in the industry. Apprentices benefit from classroom and hands-on instruction as well as on-the-job learning, where they earn income while gaining practical field experience under the supervision of a licensed journeyperson.
