L'INFLUENCE DU TAUX D'ACTUALISATION DANS LA COMPARAISON DES COÛTS DE DIFFÉRENTS CYCLES DU COMBUSTIBLE NUCLÉAIRE

Cet article décrit la méthodologie et les résultats technico-économiques obtenus par le CEA dans le projet DERECO. Ce projet a eu pour but d'évaluer des scénarios innovants et contrastés du cycle du combustible nucléaire, déployés sur le long terme, dans le contexte français. Tous les scénarios étudiés supposent la poursuite du recours à l'énergie nucléaire pour satisfaire la demande d'électricité. Malgré les incertitudes, des tendances se dégagent de l'analyse. Les coûts comparatifs des différents scénarios sont exposés et l'influence du taux d'actualisation sur l'interprétation des résultats est mise en évidence.%This article describes the methodology and technical economic results obtained by the CEA in the DERECO project. This project was aimed to evaluate groundbreaking and intricate scenarios of the nuclear fuel cycle, and developed on the long-term, in the context of France. All scenarios studied assume that the reliance on nuclear energy will continue in order to satisfy the electricity demand. Despite uncertainties, the trends are breaking free from the analysis. The comparative costs of the different scenarios are set out and the influence of the discount rate on the interpretation of the results is highlighted.
