This paper study the USES field randomized block test method. At present, the ancient red rhodiola kirilowii, mountain, whip in rhodiola rosea rhodiola qinghai-tibet plateau characteristic such as four kinds of rhodiola as material, studied the different transplanting stage of cold stress in 4 kinds of rhodiola in the early, middle and late three phase root SOD activity, POD activity and the change rule of rhodiola glucoside content, rhodiola polysaccharide content. The results show that the cold stress occurs in rhodiola glucoside content, rhodiola polysaccharide content increased dramatically, and reduced after cold stress, whip of rhodiola rosea SOD activity, POD activity showed a trend of the change of the rising. Big flower rhodiola increasing SOD activity, POD activity increased and first; Tang gucht rhodiola increased and SOD activity first, POD activity declines first up; SOD activity decreased after first rhodiola kirilowii increased and POD activity continues to decline; On April 20 or so is the best rhodiola rosea transplanting stage.
