2011 JAN 24 - (VerticalNews.com) -- Investigators publish new data in the reportrn'Simultaneous spectrophotometric determination of atrazine and cyanazine by chemometricrnmethods.' According to a study from Nanchang, People's Republic of China, "Arnspectrophotometric method for the simultaneous determination of two herbicides, atrazine andrncyanazine, is described for the first time based on their reaction with p-aminoacetophenone inrnthe presence of pyridine in hydrochloric acid medium. The absorption spectra were measured inrnthe wavelength range of 400-600 nm."
