摘要

A relatively new discipline in human-capital management, known as hiring optimization, is emerging to help organizations identify the relationship between observed operational performance and the prehire assessment and testing tools generally used to predict such performance. At its core is collecting appropriate and relevant operational metrics at the individual employee level and comparing those results with those predicted by the assessment models. Organizations adopting a formal hiring-optimization process can expect to realize greater performance predictability, improved business performance, and increased employee retention.
