Major new economic shifts in the market are driving a wide range of new challenges that impact talent management and workforce planning for organizations. Finding qualified candidates in an increasingly competitive job market, managing costs, staying compliant with changing regulations and legislation, and minimizing the risk of bad hires are key goals for many organizations. A critical step toward meeting these goals is employment background screening. Today, the majority of employers conduct background checks. However, the 2015 HireRight Employment Screening Benchmark Report, based on surveys of more than 3,000 respondents from organizations of all sizes and across all industries, provides new insights on hiring and background screening challenges.
