RF amplifier family raises the bar on miniaturization

Based on the company's WaferCap CSP technology, the 1 × 0.5 × 0.25-mm VMMK-2x03 family of RF amplifiers is offered as the smallest of its kind - it uses only 10% of the board area of a standard SOT-343 package, while in some cases it can reduce PCB area by more than 50%. The family offers almost no signal loss and minimal parasitics and is optimized for 500-MHz to 12-GHz frequencies - ideal for a variety of radio architectures.
