The element (Ec) has two sections (11, 12) made of a metallic material i.e. aluminum, and a batten plate (14) made of a second material i.e. polyamide. Integration units (20) respectively integrate edges (21, 22) of the bar with the sections to maintain the sections at a non-zero distance. A face covering (30) is made of a third material and covers a part (16) of a surface of the bar. A layer (40) is placed between the part and the covering and made of a metallic material i.e. aluminum, having fluid sealing properties and connection properties with the second and third materials.
