The FDZ197PZ single p-channel MOSFET features an rnR_(DS(on) of 64mΩ at-4.5V_(GS) in a WL-CSP package with a 1 × 1.5-mm footprint. It suits smart phones, cell phones, netbooks, medical, and other portable applications.rnThe MOSFET offers 4-kV ESD protection and has a -55° to 150℃ operating temperature range. The junction-to-ambient thermal resistance is 65℃/W when mounted on a 1-in.~2pad of 2-oz copper. ($0.35 ea/1,000 -available now.)
