MOSFETs in TSOP-6 suit load switches

The IRFTS9342TRPBF portfolio of power MOSFETs are offered in a TSOP-6 package and target low-power applications including load switch, charge and discharge switches for battery protection, and inverter switches. To cut conduction losses, they feature on-state resistance (R_(DS(on)) from 12 to 53 mΩ typ at 4.5 V.
