The Critical Limiting Factor

When I graduated a fair number of years ago, from Johns Hopkins University with a degree in chemical engineering, I never dreamed I would one day return to teach electronic packaging and materials technologies to electrical and mechanical engineers. In fact, when I graduated, I never even thought to seek employment with electrical and electronic companies, since I thought they employed only electrical and mechanical engineers. However, as fate would have it, I joined a major electrical and electronics company, to which I devoted the major part of my professional career.
