Every year since 1990, EDN's Innovator and Innovation of the Year competition pays tribute to the people and products that make an enormous impact on the electronic industry. Our job—selecting the finalists—is always difficult. It's now up to you to select the winners. In the following pages, please read and carefully consider the entries in each category for the most innovative products and people of 1998. Then go to our Web site and vote online at www.ednmag.com. The products are divided into nine technological areas. Select one favorite from each product category, then pick one of the innovator finalists. After you submit the ballot, you're automatically entered to win $250 worth of Tech Toys (check out the link with the ballot).
