The 0.2A-rated, SOT-23-packaged, single-channel, current-limited AP2331 load switch complies with the HDMI standard and targets HDMI- and monitor-port protection, 3 to 5V hot-swap interconnects, and other applications subject to heavy capacitive loads and short circuits. The device features built-in soft-start and a typical turn-on time of 0.7 msec. Features include an input-voltage range of 2.7 to 5.2V, 0.4A accurate current limiting, reverse-current blocking, overcurrent and overvoltage protection, and an ambient temperature range of-40 to +85℃.
