N-channel power MOSFETs come in PowerPAK SC-75 package

Vishay Intertechnology Inc.'s latest family of n-channel TrenchFET power MOSFETs comes in the thermally enhanced PowerPAK SC-75 package that measures 1.6×1.6×0.8mm, and offers a VDS range from 8V to 30V. The 30V SiB408DK has an on-resistance of 40mΩ at 10V, while the 20V SiB412DK offers an on-resistance of 34mΩ at 4.5V Typical applications include load, PA, and battery switches in portable electronics.
