"Once upon a time, in a galaxy far, far away...," a man named Jack Sebzda, Sr., came to visit me in the booth I was working during WESTEC '89 in Los Angeles. At the time of his approach, Jack was the President of System 3R USA, holder of three American patents and the inventor of the famous 3R 20mm hydraulic chuck system.
