PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a user from forgetting to send a present, and to reduce the burden in a procedure for sending a present.;SOLUTION: The automatic anniversary service system for placing an order for a present corresponding to an anniversary from a mobile terminal device includes: a personal information storage means causing the mobile terminal 10 to store an anniversary name and personal information including the anniversary; an anniversary information storage means storing a message and a present name set in advance for each recipient; a notification means displaying the personal information including the anniversary; and an order control means for placing an order for the present. The notification means displays notification information including the anniversary when the anniversary falls within a predetermined range of time back from the current time. The order control means transmits order information for the present registered for the anniversary indicated by the notification information, to a service provision server 20 when the notification information is selected.
