The Office of Risk Management (ORM) of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) independently identifies, measures, monitors, and manages ADB's credit, market, and operational risks with responsibilities that include: credit risk assessment, credit portfolio monitoring, workout and recovery, policy and systems, operational risk, and market and treasury risk. ORM seeks risk professionals for the following areas: 1.Credit Risk Assessment: Analyzes the risk of all new nonsovereign debt, guarantee, and equity transactions; conducts risk assessments and related due diligence to evaluate risk areas and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures, including input for the terms and conditions of new transactions 2.Country Risk: Responsible for developing and implementing methodologies for assessing sovereign creditworthiness, and associated industry and sector risk analysis; this position will be in the policy and systems team which develops policies, models, analytics, and IT systems for the risk management of ADB's portfolio
