An Overview of eHealth Regulations in Tanzania

摘要

This article provides a descriptive analysis of eHealth regulations in Tanzania. The author argues that in the absence of a robust data protection legislation that specifically incorporates conditions for processing personal health data in the context of eHealth, the current constitutional right of privacy in the Tanzanian Constitution remains inadequate to offer a regulatory framework for the protection of such data.
