India has been tirelessly working on COVID-19 vaccine, and the recent announcement by the government regarding the approval of two long-awaited vaccines will support the lifting of lockdowns. Improved economic activity in the country will bring back lost mobility, and demand for transportation fuels will rise - especially gasoline and gasoil. Recovery in demand for refined products will increase refinery utilisation, in turn, boosting product tanker demand.
