摘要

More than two million people die annually due to acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS), which occurs as a result of development of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and ranks second among all infectious diseases [1]. No drug completely curing from AIDS has been found thus far. However, inhibitors of HIV enzymes [2], in particular viral protease, which interrupt the life cycle of the pathogen and can delay the progression of the disease for years, have been obtained.
