The company has now entered its 25th year, but 2019 saw record levels of revenue, which rose by 13% to €6.9 billion, while earnings before interest and taxes (adjusted EBIT) grew by around 11% to €493 million. That continued a trend that has seen Lufthansa Technik's revenue grow by almost 60% over the past five years. Other operating income decreased by 4% to €260 million due to exchange rate effects. Overall, the total revenue generated by the MRO segment rose by 13% to €7,181 million.
