摘要

The results of this study are original and have implications for businesses as well as academic researchers. We are able to conclude that OLC will accelerate the process of becoming a learning organization and organizational learning should be integrated into all value-chain activities. Increasing learning capacity will trigger people's ability to utilize the learning opportunities. Organizations, that have a high level of OLC, will better follow developments in the sector and adapt to new technologies. In addition, OLC may increase the satisfaction level of both customers and employees, which may in turn improve the financial and growth performance of the organization. This requires that managers place far more emphasis on knowledge creating and learning activities, which contribute to being innovative and unique in the market.
