摘要

Transformative learning and situated learning are two contemporary theoretical approaches interpreting dimensions of learning from different viewpoints. They have each influenced many scholars in adult and professional education over the past tworndecades. In this paper we will introduce a proposal on how to combine elements of these two different approaches to facilitate an easeful entrance into a professional community and to enhance organizational learning.
