It is time to stop debating whether social media has a place in learning or not; that bit is a given. We now need to focus on how you harness it to add value to your learning environment. It is all a journey and many organizations are in different places. Some boast developed online social learning communities containing engaging gamification with accompanying apps, vlogs and podcasts. Others have simple online spaces to hold learning material. Either way, the direction overall is collaborative, self serve, mobile, fingertip availability and open all hours. Here, at Bromford, we are somewhere the middle of all of this.
