A complete excision is an essential form of treatment for skin cancers. Poorly differentiated skin cancers are more invasive and thus have a worse prognosis as compared to well-differentiated tu- mors. An incomplete resection frequently occurs in the poorly- differentiated groups due to the tumor cell possibly extending beyond the normal skin, resulting in marginally recognized diffi- culty. 1 Previous studies have demonstrated that Indocyanine Green (ICG) plays an important role during intraoperative tumor mapping.
