摘要

An indocyanine green liposome for near-infrared region II fluorescence detection, a preparation method therefor and use thereof. The indocyanine green liposome comprises lipid bilayers and indocyanine green embedded between the lipid bilayers. The preparation method comprises: 1) mixing a material from which the lipid bilayer is prepared with indocyanine green to a uniform solution, and removing an organic solvent to obtain a dispersed thin film; and 2) adding an aqueous phase for hydrating, and performing mechanical dispersion to form the indocyanine green liposome. The preparation method for the liposome is simple, and has high fluorescence intensity of near-infrared region II and good stability.
