摘要

Flow rate is one of the important operating pa-rameters for monitoring of municipal sewage treat-ment facilities. The phase difference detection accu-racy of Coriolis flowmeter determines the flow measurement accuracy. In order to study the phase difference detection method of Coriolis flowmeter, an experimental model of single straight tube Corio-lis flowmeter is designed. On this basis, the phase difference processing method is improved. The sig-nal preprocessing method is combined with FIR fil-ter and SVD noise reduction, and then the Nuttall window discrete Fourier transform is used. Com-pared with other methods, the simulation results show that the phase difference is more accurate. Fi-nally, the experimental results on Coriolis flowmeter model show that the phase difference detection method improves the phase difference detection ac-curacy.
