RESEARCH ON COAL MINE SAFETY PREPARATION CAPABILITY MODEL UNDER THE BACKGROUND OF SMART MINE

In the new stage of the development of smart mines,in order to reduce the occurrence ofcoal mine safety accidents, it is a specific and urgent require-ment for coal mines to improve coal mine safety pre-paredness. Based on the actual development of the coal mine industry, this paper proposes that the safety preparation capability ofcoal mine enterprises is the result ofthe match between the safety prepara-tion tasks and their inherent characteristics according to the definition and connotation of the safety prep-aration capability of coal mine enterprises. Through analysis of the relationship between safety prepara-tion, unsafe behavior, unsafe state of equipment and accidents, it is found that lack of safety preparation will inevitably lead to unsafe state of equipment, un-safe behaviors, and ultimately cause accidents. On this basis, combined with the influencing factors of coal mine enterprise safety production, a coal mine enterprise safety preparation capacity model is estab-lished. Taking the 2019 tunneling face fire accident as an example, based on the safety preparation model of coal mining enterprises, the importance of the safety preparation ability ofcoal mining enterprises is verified from a practical perspective.
