摘要

Osteosarcomais the mostcommonmalignant bonetumor thatmainly originates fromthetubular long bones with uneven crowd distribution and high prevalencein children and adolescents. [1–3] As reported, osteosarcomais proneto develop localinfiltration and distantmetastasis. [4] The mostcommonmetastatic organ is lung, with an incidence ofapproximately 40%to 50%. [5] In recent years, dueto the development ofsurgical techniques, multidrug systemchemotherapy, preciseradiotherapy,and immunotherapy, significant progress has beenmadein thetreatment of osteosarcoma. However,evenwith aggressivetreatment, the prognosis of patients with lungmetastasis remains poor, with a 5-year survivalrate of only 20%to 30%. [3,6,7] Therefore, it isessentialto understand the precise molecular mechanisms involved in lungmetastasis of osteosarcomaand thus develop effective diagnosticand therapeuticstrategies.
