NYSE-listed Mueller Water Products has acquired UK-based pressure management specialist i20 Water for $20 million. The deal marks an inauspicious exit for owner Ombu, which - together with other investors - has pumped tens of millions of dollars into the company over the past 15 years. NMCN shares dipped on 14 June after the company announced that it expects to report a loss in the current financial year, partly due to two loss-making water contracts. Aliaxis Ventures has acquired a minority stake in Danish data analytics company APX10, and will work alongside majority owner Cimbria Capital to commercialise the company's offering outside of its core Nordic market.
