This paper analyzes the main problems and difficulties faced by private enterprises in upgrading and upgrading in our province and explores the countermeasures for effectively accelerating the transformation and upgrading of private enterprises through several field investigations inside and outside the province. Through several provincial surveys and cross-provincial studies, the research group visited several typical private economic regions and their successful enterprises, explored their successful development experience and regional policy advantages, and put forward some countermeasures to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of private enterprises.
