RESEARCH ON THE HETEROGENEOUS THRESHOLDEFFECT OF RURAL INFORMATIZATION ON RURALECONOMIC GROWTH

Rural informatization is an important indicator of the level of agricultural modernization and the quality of rural development, and an important content of the construction of a new socialist coun-tryside. Rural informatization is playing an in-creasingly crucial role in promoting the develop-ment of modern agriculture, improving the living standards of rural residents, and alleviating poverty. Based on the panel data from 2007 to 2018, the study uses entropy method to measure rural in -formatization level, and builds panel threshold dy-namic regression model in order to analyze the ef-fect of informatization level on rural economic growth in this region. The results show that the informatization level has significantly single threshold effect on rural economic growth. As the knowledge level and skill level belong to a two-threshold model, macro control should be tak-en when raising the knowledge level and skill level of rural human capital in the region, and the knowledge level and skill level of rural human cap-ital should be reasonably improved to prevent it from being too high or not. In order to improve the level of rural informatization in the entire country and achieve rapid and stable growth of the agricul-tural economy.
