In the title compound, C 17 H 19 NO 3 S 2 , the 2 H -chromene ring system is nearly planar, with a maximum deviation of 0.080?(2)??, and the morpholine ring adopts a chair conformation. The bond-angle sum at the N atom is 358°. The coumarin unit makes dihedral angle of 86.34?(9)° with the morpholine ring. A short intra-molecular C—H?S contact generates an S (7) ring. In the crystal, inversion dimers linked by pairs of weak C—H?O hydrogen bonds generate R 2 2 (16) loops. Aromatic π – π inter-actions inter-actions [shortest centroid–centroid distance = 3.8599?(13)??] also occur.
