IPU Executive Committee member Caitriona O’Riordanwas interviewed for an article in Woman’s Way magazinein relation to how the public can get to know theirpharmacist for their health and wellbeing.The IPU National Pharmacy Conference took placelast month in the Galmont Hotel in Galway. We issuedmultiple press releases covering a range of differenttopics over the weekend. Along with a general pressrelease to announce that the conference was coming toGalway, we issued press releases on topics including thedemand to reverse FEMPI cuts; Pharmacists welcomingthe Minister’s commitment to increase investment inpharmacy services; the shortage of young pharmacists;and Sláintecare.
