AN EFFICIENT MODEL FOR EFFECTIVE USE OF ICT INFRASTRUCTURES FOR BETTER ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF SERVICES FOR SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATION OF EGOVERNANCE

In India National e-Governance plan was started to deliver various services offered bygovernment to its citizen electronically thus to introduce e-Governance system in India. To achieve thisInformation and Communication Technology (ICT) is used for delivering various Government services,exchange of information etc. Thus integration of various systems of different offices and services betweenGovernment-to-Business (G2B), Government-to-Citizen (G2C) and Government-to-Government (G2G)as well as back office processes can be done by Information and Communication technology. This paperwill discuss the methodology how e-Governance can be implemented in India in a more efficient,transparent and effective manner by using the Information and Communication Technology in aneffective way for better electronic delivery of services to that India can become successful in theimplementation of e-Governance which can make our country a digitally empowered country i.e. DigitalIndia.
