E-learning is a tool which has the potential to enhance and support the traditional education method. This paper present and design the novel approach for the e-learning video on demand service using the new innovating technology, cloud computing. For providing the fast down loading and uploading of videos, high security to the data, less consumption of band width proposed approach using the dynamic chunk size method.
