The impact of COVID-19 on the Neurosurgery practice in the North of Jordan

A novel and contagious primary atypical (viral) pneumonia out- break started in Wuhan-China in December 2019 [1]. The rapid in- crement of cases in Wuhan over a short period of time indicated the severity of this contagious novel virus. Rapid and effective contact tracing can reduce the initial number of cases, which would make the outbreak easier to control overall [2].
