Urothelial carcinoma of the renal pelvis with synchronous ipsilateral papillary renal cell carcinoma

Upper tract Urothelialcarcinomas (UTUC)are uncommon entitiesand account for less than 1%of genitourinary neoplasm's.[1] Synchronousappearance ofUTUCwithRenalCellCarcinomain thesame kidney isevenmorerareevent. Till date only 50 cases ofsynchronous renaland Urothelialtumours have been reported.
