摘要

The automotive industry have noticed a grown simulation use as a fundamental way in projectmanagement. On the Engineering of Chassis, more specifically on the suspension and steering systems, it hasn’tbeen different. However, for a virtual model matches well with a real vehicle, it is necessary and fundamental totake several steps in the model construction. One of them is parameter correction of kinematics and compliance(KnC), which means that is essential that the virtual model has suspension and steering sets that correspondappropriately to the actual vehicle. With the experimental data collected and processed in MATLAB, themultibody model is made through the ADAMS/Car software. From a sequence of simulations in this program,the parameters are adjusted until the multibody virtual model properly matches to the real test vehicle. Usingthe VI-Car Real Time, the model can be converted and taken to a center of excellence in vehicle dynamics withnine degrees of liberty, allowing the complete simulation of the vehicle dynamics.
