The data published by Rossi et al1 provide additional evidence for the well-established efficacy of mineralocorticoid receptor (MR) blockers for the treatment of autonomous hyperaldosteronism whether caused by an aldosterone-producing adenoma or bilateral adrenal hyperplasia
