As previously discussed in an article “Importan?a studierii cursului de “ Pedagogie ” ?n formarea studen?ilor ca viitori profesori” (Scoda, 2013), preparing prospective teachers for teaching in the classroom is important to ensure quality in the education system. The debate in that article was viewed from the perspective seen by the students regarding the “Psihopedagogy” course. This article represents an addition to the problem as seen thru the looking glass, viewed from a different angle, focusing mainly on the competences that are the most important for a teacher and what should be developed for ensuring this skills, the level of satisfaction of the didactic materials used during the course to ensure learning and last but not least, their training program at hand. The purpose of this “mini” research was to continue my exploration on the topic with different students from other universities and with a bigger sample, stressing once again the importance and the impact of studying “pedagogy” by prospective teachers (needs, limits, strategies etc.).
