Education and the Muslim Culture in the Medieval Arab Madrid

This paper is divided into two parts. In the first study the “Features of Muslim education and culture in medieval Arabic Madrid”, under the following headings: Primary education, Higher education, and Specialties and knowledge, which is in turn the study of traditions, reading and Koranic exegesis, court, attorney-judicial practice and division of inheritance, linguistic studies, literature, medicine, philosophy, mathematics, astronomy and music. Others items: teachers, students, classrooms and teaching areas, and titles. The second part deals some famous people of the cultural landscape of medieval Arabic Madrid.
