摘要

abstract Symbiont Medusomyces gysevii (a tea mushroom) at the expense of a wide range of biochemical components of a microbic origin can meet nutritious requirements of bacteria of the genus Lactobacillus. The significant role of these microorganisms defines requirement of their growing both in vitro, and in vivo. At an inactivation of microorganisms forming this simbiont and at bringing of substances on the basis of Medusomyces gysevii to a form, digestible for lactobacilli, it is important to.
