摘要

ABSTRACT In the present study Supercritical Fluid Extraction (SFE) method is used in order to extract oil from Freshwater Edible Crab (Barytelphusa Cunicularis). Carbon dioxide gas is used as a supercritical fluid and Hexane is used as a modifier. Extraction is performed at different temperatures (25o C to 45o C) and pressures (10 Mpa to 30 Mpa). Oil is extracted at constant flow rates. The flow rate of carbon dioxide gas is kept constant 1 ml/min and flow rate of modifier (Hexane) is also kept .
