ABSTRACT Sorafenib is a multi-targeted kinase inhibitor. It inhibits the action of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGE) and is an angiogenesis inhibition. Male gonadal toxicity is common complications of modern anti-cancer treatments. Anti-cancer drugs have adverse effects on spermatogenesis.
