ABSTRACT The present work emphasize on the effect of DMSO on solution behavior of SDS and CTAB in aqueous solutions of lysozyme.The CMC values of SDS and CTAB expressed in mole fraction unit (Xcmc) have been determined by the usual conductivity method.The dependence of Xcmc as a function of lysozyme concentration has been traced to protein .
