ABSTRACT The article deals scenario modeling like an effective way to assess design solutions for engineering systems of buildings and structures. It gives an idea about the behavior of the object in different operation modes, normal and emergency situations, typical and extreme conditions. Under the scenarios here is a set of disturbing influences of the external environment and control actions on the part of a person corresponding to the different situations and modes: design mode, fire, eart.
