ABSTRACT Biodiesel from rubber seed oil has been successfully synthesized through two-stage transesterification. The first stage is the pre esterification with catalyst H2SO4 to obtained fatty acids methyl ester, the second stage transesterification using KOH catalyst and biodiesel maximum was found 97.55%. Analysis GC-MS results of rubber seed oil biodiesel consists of methyl palmitate, methyl linoleate, methyl stearate, methyl arakhidat, and methyl behenate. Characterization of rubber seed oi.
